Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to manage customer orders and data, working closely with colleagues from different functions to deliver exceptional customer service results.

The ideal candidate will contribute to a high level of external customer satisfaction by ensuring quality data is in place for seamless order to invoice processes, managing local customer data and collaborating with global Accounts teams.

  • Manage customer data and ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
  • Resolve credit-related issues, including clearance of pricing claims and returns.
  • Work with Commercial Leaders to manage their data and align with Supply Chain on stock management.

Responsibilities may include backfilling for colleagues when required.

Requirements
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Order management skills.
  • Office suite skills, including Outlook and Excel.
  • SAP experience.
