Job Opportunity: Regional Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage our team of product specialists across the region. This role serves as the primary technical expert for application, sizing, and selection of ground engaging tools (GET) products.

You will act as a vital link between product engineering, marketing, and regional sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions.

  • Manage and mentor product specialists across the region, ensuring professional development and alignment with business goals across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Oversee equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation for GET, ensuring technical accuracy and customer alignment.
  • Prepare and manage proposals for tenders, and participate in sales negotiations in collaboration with the bid manager.
  • Work with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate all warranty activities within the region and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product issues.
  • Interface with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products, including site visits and international travel as needed.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical or industry trade experience.
  • Experience with GET technical sales, capital, LHD, and dragline equipment and the mining or aggregate industry.
  • MBA in Business (strategy and marketing planning) - highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
