About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Regional Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of product specialists, overseeing equipment selection and costing, preparing proposals for tenders, and coordinating warranty activities within the region.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of product specialists, ensuring professional development and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee equipment selection, costing, and tender preparation for Ground Engaging Tools (GET).
  • Prepare and manage proposals for tenders, collaborating with bid managers.
  • Work with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate warranty activities within the region, participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Interface with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Engineering or industry trade experience.
  • Experience with GET technical sales, Capital, LHD, and dragline equipment, as well as the mining or aggregate industry.
  • MBA in Business (strategy and marketing planning) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
