Leading the charge in product management, our ideal candidate will spearhead a team of specialists across the region, driving key business objectives and overseeing the development and execution of product initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring product specialists to ensure professional growth and alignment with business goals.
  • Overseeing equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation for Ground Engaging Tools (GET).
  • Preparing and managing proposals for tenders, participating in sales negotiations, and collaborating with bid managers.
  • Working with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
  • Capturing all warranty activities within the region and taking part in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product issues.
  • Interfacing with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products.
  • Maintaining an unwavering commitment to zero harm behaviors as we strive to build a world-class safety culture.

In this role, you will be expected to possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with GET technical sales, Capital, LHD, and dragline equipment, as well as the mining or aggregate industry.
  • An MBA in Business is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
