Regional Product Development Director

As a Regional Product Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team of Product Specialists across the region.
This position serves as the primary technical expert for application, sizing, and selection of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products.
- Manage and mentor product specialists across the region to ensure professional development and alignment with business goals across diverse product portfolios.
- Oversee equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation for GET to ensure technical accuracy and customer alignment.
- Prepare and manage proposals for tenders and participate in sales negotiations in collaboration with the bid manager.
- Work with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate all warranty activities within the region and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product issues.
- Interface with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products, including site visits and international travel as needed.
