Job Description:

Technical Support Administrator

This role is responsible for overseeing technical escalations, refining support processes, and working closely with team members to ensure all IT resources are aligned with operational needs.

The Technical Support Administrator provides advanced technical support, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and implements system improvements across campuses. This role requires being on-premises in our Sydney studio and requires a blend of technical skills and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly troubleshoot and creatively resolve issues related to software, hardware, and overall systems.
  • Adapt or enhance systems to align with changing demands of production.
  • Provide consistent production support using various mediums.
  • Diligently monitor critical systems and address arising technical complications.
Requirements:
  • Experience or strong interest in production pipeline processes, particularly in automation, render management, and configuration management.
  • Good understanding of modern ML / AI tools and workflows used in creative environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of operating systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic software.
  • Strong understanding of data-center infrastructure.
  • Prior involvement within a technical systems team, ideally one that managed diverse graphic workstations and video tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills paired with adept project management capabilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to foresee production hurdles.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess Knowledge In:
  • Platform Standardization and OS builds.
  • System Management, including RenderFarms.
  • AD/OU administration and/or OKTA administration.
  • Familiarity with automation and Orchestration strategies.
  • Cloud tools such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Basic networking capabilities.
