Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating them when necessary, and working to performance targets and goals.

You will also be required to continuously improve your skills through training and development, as well as maintain excellent attention to detail in data entry. General administration tasks may also be assigned by your team leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry/administration (desirable)
  • Previous experience in an Inbound/Outbound call centre (desirable)
  • A natural ability to build rapport and excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to commit to working Monday-Friday
