Job Opportunity: Lead Resort Operations

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the operations of our resort in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, conferences and events, food and beverage, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
  • Drive exceptional results by motivating and empowering the team.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve outstanding financial outcomes.
  • Promote operational efficiency and productivity through effective strategies and processes.
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance skills and maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize operational performance and exceed guest expectations.
  • Cultivate a positive and cohesive team environment and workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for personal and professional growth.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with guests, staff, and senior management.
  • Solid knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue management, front office, housekeeping, conferences and events, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and problem-solve effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
