Resort Front Office Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our front office team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding guest service.

  • Lead a high-performing front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and drive business growth.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
  • Support daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role, with strong team coordination and people management skills.
  • Solid background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or resort environment, with a sound understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a calm and professional approach, even during busy or challenging situations.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • A high standard of personal presentation, aligned with the professionalism and image of our brand.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the resort.
