Job Overview

The Centre Director plays a pivotal role in the success of our organisation. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the overall management of the centre, encompassing program planning and delivery, staff management, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and financial management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Ensure high-quality and successful programs in Sydney, guaranteeing exceptional levels of program quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Maintain overall responsibility for all centre staff and faculty; develop a strategy to fill key positions necessary for programme delivery and centre operations.
  • Financial Management: Serve as managing director of the legal entity, assuming related responsibilities; ensure compliance with local tax requirements, reporting procedures, and organisational policies.
  • Student Services: Ensure that the student life team meets its goals in developing and overseeing student services, including visas, pre-departure orientation, on-site orientation, activities, health, safety, and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Seasoned professionals with a minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role within study abroad, international educational exchange, or a related higher education setting.
  • Education: A Ph.D. or Master's degree or international equivalent is required.
