Workplace Health Professional

In order to maintain a productive working environment, proactive Workplace Health Professionals play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation. They are responsible for implementing strategies to identify hazards and assess risks to employee health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintaining a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with employees to promote a healthy and safe work culture
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with WHS regulations
  • Provide training and education on workplace health and safety best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant Safety and First Aid qualifications
