Empower young lives as a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist. We seek an experienced leader to shape services, mentor junior therapists and drive our paediatric practice in Sydney.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a leader in paediatric services, you will develop tailored treatment plans, provide therapy sessions and collaborate with families, educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to uncover each child's unique needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care and social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with families, educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes aligned with NDIS requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Paediatric services with a proven track record of helping children achieve their potential.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • A passion for making a difference, commitment to professional growth and experience supervising and mentoring junior therapists.
