Global Workplace Investigation Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional with expertise in employee relations and investigations to join our Employee Relations team.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Global Employment Law team, conducting complex global workplace investigations under their guidance. Key responsibilities include developing investigation strategies, conducting witness interviews, analyzing electronic records, drafting reports, and communicating findings.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Significant experience in leading and conducting global workplace investigations, including strategy development, witness interviewing, and report writing.
  • Proven knowledge of Australian employment law and practices, with additional expertise in APJ countries being advantageous.
  • Strong partnership skills, enabling effective collaboration with various teams, including Global Employment Law, Global People Team, and Ethics & Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Data analysis capabilities to drive process improvement, case tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and promote ethical business standards within the organization.
