Insurance Claims Investigator Role

The Job Description
  • Conduct thorough investigations of workers' compensation and CTP claims by attending employer sites or accident locations, taking statements, collating evidence, performing scene inspections, and gathering documents.
  • Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner, summarizing findings and recommendations for further action.
  • Maintain effective communication with our support team and clients as required, providing updates on the progress of investigations.
  • Enjoy a varied day speaking with people from all walks of life, building relationships and understanding their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Investigations or willingness to obtain one.
  • An Investigators Licence or willingness to obtain one.
  • A current and valid driver's licence and vehicle, with a strong focus on road safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work within strict time frames, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
