We are seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our maintenance team in the village. As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for attending to various maintenance requests around the village, carrying out preventative maintenance tasks and liaising with your fellow maintenance team members to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to various maintenance requests including basic domestic repair tasks, carrying out preventative maintenance tasks such as pool checks, high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bin collections.

  • Attending to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks)
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks (e.g. pool checks, high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bin collections)
  • Liaising with your fellow maintenance team members to ensure projects undertaken are completed to a high standard
  • Use of a system app to log, track and record the progress of jobs completed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in learning new skills and being outdoors. It is desirable that you have skills or experience in domestic repair or handyperson tasks such as carpentry, gardening and painting.

  • Driver's license required
  • Current Police Check certificate required
