Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled handyman or woman to join our friendly village.

Aveo Springfield Retirement Village is a modern, luxury and close-knit retirement living community located in Springfield Central. As a member of our maintenance team, you will spend your day attending to day-to-day maintenance, repair or general upkeep tasks around our village.

The Opportunity

Attend to various maintenance requests to create a pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others.

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard.

Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community.

Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team.

Assist with any other tasks around the village to ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Experience and/or skills in domestic repair tasks such as painting, plastering and light plumbing.
  • A warm & caring personality with an interest to make a difference every day.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • A current Police Check certificate.
  • Two COVID-19 vaccinations.
