About Our Team:

We are seeking a skilled Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant community where your work directly enhances the wellbeing of residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining village grounds with care, performing minor repairs and maintenance across village buildings and shared spaces, and driving the village van to local shops and on outings.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance, ideally within retirement living, aged care, or community settings
  • A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Physically capable of performing hands-on, active work
  • A valid driver's licence (required for transporting residents)
