We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored programs that promote independence, social interaction, and overall well-being for our residents.

Job Description

As a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you will lead the development and delivery of therapeutic and educational programs that support the social and recreational needs of our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate individual and group diversional therapy programs
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that support independence
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong ability to implement policies and manage documentation, and a team-oriented approach with a passion for customer service. A relevant qualification in Community Services, Aged Care, or Leisure and Health is also essential.
