What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of residents
  • Develop and implement individualized lifestyle plans that prioritize resident choice and preference
  • Lead and develop a small team of assistants and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with community groups to establish partnerships and identify opportunities for social engagement
  • Identify and promote new events and activities that foster resident connection and community
  • Advocate for our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm, and Honest

About This Role

  • Strong experience in aged care, with a focus on lifestyle and leisure programming
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Qualifications in lifestyle and leisure or diversion therapy (desired)
  • A person-centered approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Experience working with individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's (preferred)
