We are seeking a Chief Supply Chain Finance Strategist to join Kellanova in Australia. This role will provide critical support and guidance to the business through ongoing COGs visibility, analysis, and decision support.

The successful candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience managing manufacturing finance, be CA/CPA qualified, and possess strong technical skills in costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses.

Key responsibilities include providing Supply Chain inputs to our annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts, ensuring Supply Chain team visibility and sound interpretation and guidance on the impact of their decisions on our business profitability, and providing key COGS inputs to the Commercial, R&D organization.

This role also involves building a strong, technically competent, and engaged team, establishing constructive working relationships across all functions and within the finance function locally, and contributing to the leadership of the local finance function.

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, knowledge of warehousing and logistics, and excellent business partnering and communication skills.

  • Provide Supply Chain inputs to our annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
  • Ensure Supply Chain team visibility and sound interpretation and guidance on the impact of their decisions on our business profitability.
  • Provide key COGS inputs to the Commercial, R&D organization.
  • Strengthen the organization by supporting Supply Chain auditing activities.
  • Build a strong, technically competent, and engaged team.
  • Establish constructive working relationships across all functions and within the finance function locally.
  • Contribute to the leadership of the local finance function.
  • Your Recipe For Success:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing manufacturing finance.
  • CA/CPA Qualified.
  • Strong technical skills in costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses.
  • Experience working within the FMCG industry with knowledge of warehousing and logistics.
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is AUD $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
