Job Title: Network Efficiency Expert

We are seeking a skilled Network Efficiency Expert to lead our efforts in optimizing our network and scheduling systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. They will also have a solid understanding of low-cost aviation, Jetstar Airways' network, and scheduling fundamentals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and manage both functional and technical requirements for Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems.
  • Maintain system calibration, configuration, and conduct testing for new software releases.
  • Provide end-user training and support across Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform system health-checks during upgrades.
  • Identify and model network optimisation initiatives using Amadeus SkySuite.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and track implementation outcomes.
