Our Genetics Service

We offer a comprehensive genetics service that coordinates clinical services at various healthcare facilities. Our family cancer clinics are conducted in several locations throughout the state.

The Role We're Hiring For

  • Process referrals for our genetics service with precision and efficiency
  • Engage with patients to ensure they have the necessary information for clinic appointments
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to appointment booking and data management
  • Collaborate with genetic counsellors and other team members to deliver seamless patient care
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

About You

  • You will ideally be:
  • A current student of a Master's program in Genetic Counselling or a related field
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Show ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team as well as independently
  • Exhibit a patient-focused, compassionate approach to your work
  • Demonstrate confidence, innovation, and resourcefulness in your daily tasks
