We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Visual Manager to lead our visual merchandising efforts in the region. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of visual standards, effective leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing corporate visual merchandising policies and standards throughout retail, wholesale, outlets, and travel retail sites with the region. They will also lead and manage the Visual team within the region, including hiring, supervising, training, and developing.

This individual will work closely with store management to maximize sales by making informed visual decisions while maintaining corporate visual standards. They will regularly report to and update the Visual Merchandising manager on regional visual spending, manage all visual expenses within the annual budget, and ensure that merchandise used by the display team is properly accounted for and cared for.

Additionally, the Visual Manager will organize and conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and standards for store staff each season, demonstrating awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and promotions.
