Job Overview

This is a key role within our team, responsible for implementing and maintaining high visual standards across all channels. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in visual merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Implement corporate visual merchandising policies and standards throughout retail, wholesale, outlets and travel retail sites with the region for all window, seasonal and in-store product changes.
  • Lead and manage the visual team within the region, including hiring, supervising, training and developing team members.
  • Work closely with store management to maximize sales and make effective visual decisions while maintaining corporate visual standards.
  • Regularly report to and update the VM manager on progress and developments.
  • Manage all visual spending within the region's annual budget, ensuring costs are efficiently managed and supplier relationships are optimized.
  • Be responsible for merchandise used by the display team, ensuring it is properly accounted for and cared for.
  • Organize and conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and standards to store staff each season.
Measures of Success
  • The implementation and maintenance of high visual standards across all channels.
  • Ensuring costs efficiency against previous activity and ongoing efficient supplier management.
  • Training and development of regional VM teams and successful training of store teams.
