Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing corporate visual merchandising policies and standards across all channels, ensuring consistency and high-quality store displays.
  • Leading and managing a Visual team within the region, including hiring, supervising, training, and developing talent to achieve business objectives.
  • Maximizing sales performance through effective visual merchandising strategies, resulting in increased revenue and customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with the store management team to make informed visual decisions, while maintaining corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Managing visual expenses within approved budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Developing and conducting in-store training sessions on visual merchandising best practices and standards, enhancing the skills of VM specialists and store teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and promotions to inform visual merchandising decisions.

Measures of Success:

  • Maintenance of high visual standards across all channels, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cost savings and efficient supplier management, contributing to overall business profitability.
  • Effective training and development of regional VM teams, leading to improved visual merchandising capabilities and customer engagement.
