  2. Developing Retail Teams: Develop and train in-store visual merchandising and retail teams across various categories, encompassing all aspects of Visual Merchandising for Country Road and Trenery.
  3. Leadership and Coaching: Provide feedback and contribute to growth opportunities for the VM support centre team, leveraging excellent time management, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Visual Storytelling and Customer Engagement: This role requires an experienced professional to lead the way in Visual Merchandising, driving business success through effective storytelling and engaging customers. Key skills include Window Dressing, Mannequin styling, and Visual Merchandising with strong retail knowledge and experience in comparable roles.
