About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our Out-of-School-Hours (OSHC) Services team at Winston Hills. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to primary school age children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging and inclusive program activities for children
  • Supervise and interact with children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development
  • Collaborate with OSHC Coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and interests through various activities and programs
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children in an educational or care setting
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including before and after school care, and vacation care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
