About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our Out-of-School-Hours (OSHC) team at Winston Hills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to primary school age children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging and inclusive programs for children
  • Supervise and interact with children in a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and abilities
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children in an educational or care setting
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities and protocols
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Working with Children Check
