About the Role
The Victorian Rail Experience Intern will engage in a customised work experience placement across various teams. You will demonstrate a willingness to learn and maintain a professional attitude while embodying V/Line's core values.
- You will complete up to 5 days of work experience, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM each day.
- You will collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals.
- You will uphold V/Line's values of respect, leadership, responsiveness, human rights, integrity, and accountability.
Requirements
To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in a registered Victorian secondary school or flexible learning provider.
- You must be an Australian citizen and Victorian resident.
- You must be open to Year 10, 11, and 12 students.
- You must be at least 15 years old at the start of the program.
- You must provide a signed work experience arrangement form (DET) for insurance coverage.
- Shortlisted applicants will undergo a V/Line internship interview process.
- Placement hours are capped at 5 business days, with preferred dates nominated in the application.
