Project Engineer Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing project plans, including timelines, materials, and manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved designs.
  • Providing technical support to construction teams and monitoring civil engineering aspects of the project.

Technical Oversight Duties:

  • Maintaining technical documentation and resolving issues or discrepancies with consultants or architects.
  • Tracking project progress and preparing reports to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high-quality construction.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Attending project meetings and providing updates on progress, delays, and potential risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, roads, etc.).
  • Certifications: PMP or similar certification is a plus; local engineering board registration preferred.
