Field Service Engineer - Nuclear Medicine and CT Specialist

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our Medical Imaging portfolio. Your expertise in nuclear medicine and CT systems will enable you to perform preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations at customer sites across NSW.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. This includes maintaining and expanding your knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customer sites across NSW to perform preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
  • Maintaining and expanding your knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualifications or university training in a relevant field
  • Previous experience with PET and SPECT systems preferred
  • Happiness working autonomously
  • Pride in customer satisfaction and outcomes
  • An unrestricted driver's licence
  • Able to travel across state, interstate, and overseas
