Key Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategist

Our hotel seeks a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to drive our marketing efforts, develop impactful partnerships, and foster stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in corporate PR and comms, with a proven track record of driving brand visibility through media relations, events, sponsorships, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the marketing strategy, campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and goal achievement.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing assets, foster community engagement, and promote a culture of care, recognition, and team engagement.
  • Promote guest service excellence and employee benefit awareness to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights.
  • Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
  • Bring relevant skills and experience in hospitality, marketing, and communications to excel in this role.
