Role Overview

Our boutique agency is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, marketing, and communications, with excellent writing and content development skills.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering media and communication plans, managing relationships with media channels and third-party suppliers, and presenting ideas to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Understand client requirements and business outcomes, consulting to deliver marketing and communications strategies that meet their business and brand goals.
  • Media Liaison: Manage relationships with media channels and third-party suppliers, including creative and digital agencies.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Write engaging content for press releases, blogs, advertorials, social posts, and EDMs, in addition to ideation and creative direction for photography and videography.
  • Strategy Development: Create and deliver media and communication plans.
  • Events: Concept, development, and execution.
  • Presentation: Ability to present and pitch to new and existing clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar public relations or communications role.
  • It is highly desirable to have a demonstrable interest in culture, property, architecture, and lifestyle industries.
  • Confident personality.
