Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night shift team, ensuring seamless execution of operations and delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest and financial details
  • Foster a positive working relationship across all departments

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS system and ability to utilize it effectively
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field advantageous
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
