Job Title: Sustainability Business Developer

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Sustainability Business Developer.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop and implement sustainable business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and strengthen client relationships.
    • Identify and prioritize key accounts that align with our business objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales growth by leveraging industry insights to identify opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new business.
    • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity through market research and analysis.
    • Use insights from market analysis to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Lead contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms that align with our business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive the development of new sustainable packaging solutions.
