Human Resources Generalist Partner

This newly created position will act as a strategic partner to the Chief HR Officer, providing generalist HR support to deliver on the organisation's vision and keep talent engaged and performing at their best.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional services environment with an understanding of SME culture. They will be flexible and adaptable, able to go deep or broad when required, and be aligned and invested in the company's potential.
- Partner with senior managers and employees to identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching and guidance to uplift capability;
- Develop and implement learning, performance, and capability frameworks to identify top talent and provide development opportunities;
- Support continuous improvement of processes, frameworks, and procedures;
- Contribute to various HR projects, including engagement, organisational effectiveness, reward and recognition;
- Develop and facilitate workshops for the business and leaders;
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of talent;
- Manage the full employee lifecycle.
This is a true generalist role with no ER responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced organisation with a CBD fringe location and 4 days on site.
