This role offers a unique chance to impact various business aspects, support employee growth and contribute to strategic decision-making.
The Human Resources Business Partner will focus on generalist activities including:
- Consulting and counseling management and employees
- Providing HR advice and guidance
- Performance management and disciplinary action
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Employee Opinion Surveys and action planning
- New employee onboarding and induction programs
- HR training packages
- Maintaining employee personnel files and HR information systems
- Collaborating with HR teams for employee remuneration administration
About the Position
Prior Human Resource experience in a generalist capacity or within recruitment, preferably in logistics warehousing. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field is essential. Strong organizational skills, prioritization, multitasking, confidentiality, discretion, sound judgement, effective communication skills and intermediate-advanced MS Office Skills are required.
