The role of Occupational Therapist is a highly rewarding position that requires working with inpatients and running Day Programs at a reputable healthcare facility.
- Perform duties under the guidance of Department Managers, Team Leaders and Shift Leaders to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered in line with the hospital's care values and strategic direction.
- Work collaboratively within a Multidisciplinary Team to provide customer-focused care and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Assess, plan and implement individualised occupational therapy treatment programs, efficiently manage caseload demands and demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.
- Completion of a Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with relevant authorities.
- Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
- Proven ability to commit to ongoing professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.
