Occupational Therapy Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality therapy services. This role will involve managing a caseload of participants, designing therapy programs, and assessing participants' functional capacity.


About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert professional guidance to junior clinicians, including mentoring, and will have opportunities to develop a specialised caseload in areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement effective therapy programs that meet participants' needs and goals;
  2. Conduct assessments to identify participants' strengths and limitations, and develop strategies to address these;
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented;
  4. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and outcomes;
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist;
  • 1-2+ years' experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a community or clinical setting;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
