Occupational Therapy Student Coordinator Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support undergraduate students and clinical staff in delivering high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board and be able to foster a positive learning environment. They will coordinate and support Occupational Therapy students on placements, ensuring effective patient care.
The role involves leading improvement initiatives, promoting a safe workplace culture, and maintaining strong relationships with supervising therapists and stakeholders.
About the Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive learning environment for Occupational Therapy students
- Coordinate student placements and ensure effective collaboration between students and clinical staff
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote a safe work environment
- Maintain excellent communication with supervising therapists and key stakeholders
