Job Overview

The Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to join a national team of therapists.

You will be working with clients aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting a team of therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
  • Delivering training, induction and supervision as required.
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
  • Attending appointments with therapists, to provide support and training.
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.
Work Environment:

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or offices.
