Project Manager - Defence HOTO Transition

This role entails overseeing the transition and delivery of defence projects, ensuring seamless handovers and takeovers of material and estate data.

A successful candidate will possess prior experience in managing defence project deliveries, with a proven track record in client management and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple defence projects, providing estate data compliance checks, training, and support to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Defence Operations Manager and Project Coordinator to meet project milestones.
  • Lead senior stakeholder and HOTO programme management in conjunction with the Defence Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, and HOTO consulting team.

The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Office/excel skills, proficiency in CRM systems like Asana, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in managing defence project deliveries.
  • Familiarity with defence HOTO and estate data requirements (desired).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
