We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of a high-profile defence project.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing project budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, critical path analysis and progress tracking
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and opportunities
  • Designing and implementing reporting dashboards, KPIs and executive reports
  • Managing scope, schedule and cost changes in a controlled environment

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or defence projects.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in project management within complex stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, Contrack International and cost management systems
  • Strong ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Australian citizenship (due to security clearance requirements)
