About You
  • You hold a Professional Engineering or Engineering Technologist qualification with significant experience in general projects related to the Australian Defence sector.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
The Role
  • Manage and deliver defence projects from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Develop a culture of outstanding delivery within the team by implementing effective workflow processes.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members in technical expertise, project planning, and execution.
  • Participate in transport leadership to shape strategy and respond to market needs.
