Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supply Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily operate from our facilities and will be pivotal in managing the supply chain for both locally manufactured and imported products. The successful candidate will report to the Planning Team Leader and will serve as a crucial link between Customer Service, Demand Planning, and both local manufacturing and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in all safety initiatives within the Supply Chain Team.
  2. Oversee the Supply Planning Process: Develop Master Production Schedules for work centers while maintaining detailed schedules for purchase requisitions aligned with tactical plans and inventory objectives.
  3. Generate material forecasts based on S&OP and tactical plans for key suppliers and buyers.
  4. Evaluate supplier performance and address any non-compliance issues with the procurement team.
  5. Facilitate the Supply Planning meetings as part of the formal S&OP/IBP process.
  6. Provide support to team members during their absence.
  7. Participate in annual stocktaking activities.
  8. Conduct general reporting for the ANZ business as necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain role.
  2. Preferred tertiary qualifications in a Supply Chain discipline.
  3. CPIM APICS certification is advantageous.
  4. Familiarity with SAP as an MRP tool.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  6. Strong presentation skills.
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  8. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Kepner Tregoe methodologies.
  9. Developing business acumen skills.
  10. Ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
