**Job Summary**

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a highly skilled Supply and Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and distribution of specialist automotive parts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of parts.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with workshops to streamline inventory control processes and ensure supply and distribution systems are in place.
  • Investigate methods to reduce costs and improve efficiencies of current processes.
  • Prepare and manage equipment inspection schedules, reliability schedules, work plans, and other records.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and cost estimates.
  • Monitor and manage distribution to ensure effective and efficient delivery of parts.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or similar, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a purchasing management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
