We are seeking a highly capable and driven individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an EA, you will be a representative of the office across various government agencies to support the work of the Deputy Commissioner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive level support to the Deputy Commissioner, including calendar management, preparation of correspondence, organizing meetings and related briefing packs, arranging and acquitting travel, inbox management, and record keeping in line with relevant Acts and office policy.
  • Manage and organize the Deputy Commissioner's inbox and associated mailboxes, calendar and appointments, and draw their attention to urgent matters.
  • Prepare agendas and collate materials and documents for meetings to ensure the Deputy Commissioner has all required information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum APS 5 level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate under limited direction and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
