Corporate Support Officer to help a team across a lot of administrative support.

3 days in the office requirement.

Baseline Security check would be a bonus

**About the role**

As part of the Corporate Support team, provide a range of administrative support and services to their national office network ensuring that a professional corporate image is maintained at all times.

Accountabilities. Part time position.
- Facilitate Official travel bookings in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Manage the coordination and resolution, if applicable, of local accommodation, security, and facility maintenance issues
- Provide timely administrative support and services, including but not limited to
- Act as a local point of contact for archiving requests and electronic records management
- Order and maintain site office supplies.
- Maintain visitor and pass registers.
- Maintain up to date site contact lists and seating plans.
- Manage Cab Charge administration and reconciliation.
- Manage site incoming/outgoing mail services.
- Organise/provide general advice relating to meeting rooms, bookings, equipment, site events and catering.
- Provide financial contract management services (delivery receipting) and quarterly site operations statistics.
- Support Agency workplace health and safety obligations, committees and reporting requirements.
- Assist with stock take, asset maintenance and records management
- Experience in Administration within Government or Finance
- Excellent communication skills across teams
- Ability to work across different tasks and meet demanding deadlines
- Fun and confident approach to work
