Job Title: Staff Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Staff Scheduler. This role is responsible for creating and managing employee schedules to meet the needs of our business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify labour gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on schedule adherence, overtime, and other key performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns related to their schedules.
