Sovereign Domestic Services (SDS) is a private, family-owned Australian company. It was established as a subsidiary of Biniris, experts in cleaning and facilities maintenance. For over 30 years we have been listening to customers and asking the right questions to better understand the intricacies of the industries we specialise in. This is why Sovereign Domestic Services was established to provide a sole focus on looking after Retirement facilities and Domestic cleaning for QLD Government organisations including; Uniting Care, Wesley Mission, Blue Care, Bolton Clarke, etc.

Sovereign Domestic Services is looking for an experienced Scheduler to work in our Head Office at Eagle Farm. The role is as follows:

- Part-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 5 hours daily (start time flexible)
- $30 an hour

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Inputting customer data into the scheduling systems
- Manages client/staff schedules
- Maintains customer confidence
- Protects client and staff confidentiality

**Skills**:

- Scheduling
- Attention to detail.
- Administrative skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Strong communication Written and Oral
- Organisational skills (multi-tasking)
- Professional attitude in an office environment of 20 Staff

In addition, the successful applicant will also have:

- An unrestricted driver's license
- Provide a current police check
- Provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination
- Have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week
